   Start with an information-rich word

   Choose five different letters and include useful vowels when possible. Your first guess is a probe: it should reveal a pattern, not merely chase one answer.

   Read every colour as a constraint

   After pressing Enter, treat the board as evidence. Green fixes a letter in place, yellow keeps the letter but rejects its current position, and grey removes a letter unless repeated-letter evidence brings it back.

   This example means “keep C here, move R elsewhere, and stop spending guesses on A, N, and E.”

   Turn clues into the next guess

   Build the next word from what you know. Preserve fixed letters, move misplaced ones to new positions, and use an exploratory guess when several answers still fit the pattern.

Green letters are fixed clues: keep them in place. Yellow letters are flexible clues: keep the letter but move it to an unused position. Grey letters help shrink the candidate list, although repeated letters require care because one guess can contain more copies than the target.
